Committee Description: Ticket Sales is a great committee that offers scheduling flexibility and short-term volunteer opportunities. Our committee is responsible for coordinating the sales, seat assignment and distribution of tickets sold online (etickets), tickets pre-ordered for the Performing Arts Angels and tickets sold directly at WCHS. Tickets are sold at WCHS at lunch time 10:30 - 11:45 am on specified day (see table below) and at 6:15 pm on the evenings of the actual performances. All volunteers are expected to sign-up for at least one evening performance.
Our committee is also responsible for monitoring availability of seats for each performance and tallying up the total income from ticket sales. In otherwords, we provide an economic indicator of the show's financial success. However, the most important aspect of our committee is that we enjoy the time that we spend together supporting our aspiring stars and stage crew. Please come join us!
